UI redesign

hey - i'm playing around with AI assistend code writing and android coding and want to redesign the UI. is this something that you will accept into this codebase (I dont want to fork and keep synching to your changes :-)). I implemented what is in the two images (so smaller thumbnails, different homepate and immersive "book"/"series" UI. and plan to deliver this with backward compatibility protection (so a flag in settings if you want the new or old UI). - this is not completed yet so there will be further changes coming - but this is what I think for now.

If yes, i'll put it in a branch and create pull requests when i'm ready. if you have any instructions regarding code delivery let me know.
