Feature Request: Generate permalink for code block

I frequently find myself looking at code in SublimeText and wishing to share a reference to that code, not as a snippet, but as a reference to that same code in GitLab. I imagine selecting a block of code and getting a context menu to "share lines from repo (permalink)". Also, probably context-clicking a folder or file should also present an option "share link from repo" that will link to the file or folder. Presumably the link will be copied to the clipboard, though there may be other mechanisms of sharing that are useful.

I'm not even sure this feature is possible, but if it was made, I'd sure love to use it.
