bashlib-solid destination "." doesn't work

This doesn't work (*):
```
bashlib-auth cp base:/profile/card .
```
(but this does:)
```
bashlib-auth cp base:/profile/card ./
```

(*) In fact, it gives an unexpected (however consistent) result: if you execute it in a local directory **foo**, the command shown creates a file in the **parent directory of foo**, and **with a name foo$.ttl**.
