Knowing which resources you have access to (Access Request Management)

#37 Introduced access requests and access grants through Linked Data Notifications (LDN) and ActivityStreams2 (AS2).

The feature introduces sending access requests to other actors (pending access requests) and handling access requests from other actors (incoming access requests).
However, the feature currently does not support the following:

• knowing which access requests you have sent (pending access requests)
• to which resources from other parties do you know have access
  • NOTE: there is a tab Request Responses that allows to see which responses you get (accept/reject), though when marking as read, the message is deleted from the inbox

This would require state, similar to index.json
