Add payment type selector to reservation form

Acceptance Criteria:
Given user has clicked the reservation button, when he views the reservation form, then:

• he will see a payment type selector dropdown with options for: visa credit/debit card, paypall, or bank transfer.
• and If credit/debit card, ask for card number and billing info in reservation section
• and If paypall, request username/email
• and If bank transfer, show account information
• and will show message that user’s card will not be charged until reservation is confirmed.
