Create a customized landing page map based on geographic location of user

Given user has accessed the page
when he is located outside peru or has refused to provide his location information
then he should see a map displaying peru entirely with every tour and activity offered represented
by a dot with its title visible and clickable directing user to the selected tour/activity

Given user is accessing the page from within Peru
when he clicks to allow site to know his location, then:
- The map will display his actual location
- And the map will show the location of the nearest tours/activities available represented by a dot
with its title visible and clickable directing user to the selected tour/activity
