Cleanup and Merge CSS #8
Description
Because the previous website was on WordPress, there are a lot of css places: inline or files injected by the random plugins, many unused.
We should remove unused styles, merge those that make sense, and make the entire CSS for entire stackstorm more manageable as one file.
This will also help with the #4 to create a Hugo theme for stackstorm
