Usability: Default project selection when clicking on "home" or when app initially loads

Consider default project selection behavior when launching app or clicking on "home". Currently, when app loads or you click on home, you go to a "welcome to stat wrap" placeholder page. Wondering if we want the app to select something by default on launch.
