Power+ connection

Hi,
i see i have to connect Pin 4 at Power+. Which voltage is request here? battery voltage? arduino power voltage?
My bluesolar MPPT uses battery 48V (connected on bluesolar "Power+" as well) and i'm sure my arduino can't provide this voltage ;)
