Make project ready for Release v0.2.0

Let's work on having a v0.2.0 release.

The idea of this release is to keep the state of software/hardware as it is right now,
but to enable easier fabrication at for example JLCPCB

This issue sums up what is needed to do before releasing:

Bugfixes:

• Missing footprint for USB C Connector #28 : To allow opening kicad project out of the box (without warnings)

Enhancements:

• Allow easier fabrication with JLCPCB #14
• Add Documentation: How to remake #35

Process:

• Make test order at JLCPCB #36
