Broken link for non-ArrayExpress data sets in the "Customize #60
Description
The "Gene expression / activity chart" plugin provides a button that allows user to "Customize chart". After clicking that button, a modal appears that says
Pick the factor (more details) below, and click "Apply"
The "more details" link goes to the data set page on ArrayExpress (eg http://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-GEOD-48390/samples/). However, for BioGPS data sets that aren't linked to ArrayExpress (eg http://biogps.org/dataset/BDS_00017/plasma-extracellular-rna-profiles-in-healthy-and-c/), the corresponding ArrayExpress link points to a page that does not exist (404). In these cases, "more details" should link back to the BioGPS data set page.
