CLIENT/MISSION: map objects load slowely

Debris is just a placeholder for now, will sort to get them removed.

There seems to be a tonne of debris on the roads. Some of it spawns in the middle while driving, unsure if you guys have come across this.

This is becuase of ARMA, If it isnt part of the map it gets loaded as you near it, times vary on processor load.

Ah i see, so there is no way to fix this then?

We can remove the objects from the map. PRO: performance CON: you lose the apoc. atmosphere

For now i suggest we remove them. We can find other ways of creating an apoc atmosphere.
