Can't change the dimension of the contained remnant

Describe the bug
Not really a bug, but I would like the ability to modify the check for the contained remnant. I'm with the FTB Team and in Stoneblock 4, players are unable to access the end dimension, instead, they have access to the a biome ftb:end where we can run a check and convert the item then.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Contained Remnant
2. Realize you can't convert it because there's no end dimension.

Expected behavior
Allow a datapack or config to specify which dimension OR biome (in our case)
