Fails with:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires sylius/shop-api-plugin 1.7.*@dev -> satisfiable by sylius/shop-api-plugin[1.7.x-dev].
    - sylius/shop-api-plugin 1.7.x-dev requires sylius/sylius ~1.11.10 || ~1.12.0 -> found sylius/sylius[v1.11.10, ..., 1.12.x-dev] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (~1.13.2).

While this is true. This plugins is deprecated and should now be part of Sylius' api platform integration.
