Cleanup: Remove heuristic when looking for prelude/numeric files for targets #20
Description
There is a heuristic that will look for prelude/numeric files for targets. This needs to be handled better as it is a bit brittle. Perhaps the target itself should describe this. Maybe add a new API that the target implements?
