Remove unused code (commented out)

At this point we have several locations in the code where we have commented out code we no longer need. In order to help cleanup our code, please remove all unused commented code from our main robot class and subsystems.

Please create a feature branch off of develop, and create a pull request merge the changes into the develop branch. Do NOT complete the pull request.
