Conflicts between rerun URDF and libero #66
Description
Rerun only supports URDF visualization in 0.28, which depends on numpy 2.x, while our optional dependency libero requires numpy 1.x because it depends on the deprecated gym library.
In the long run, we should migrate libero to work with numpy 2.x
