I can't build my own Vagrant box.

Filing this one preemptively.

Almost everything you need to build your own Vagrant boxes with Packer is included in this repo.  The code to allow Stacki to work with Packer is checked into Master on Stacki, so whenever the next release of Stacki comes out, that Stackios ISO will be the last piece.
