[BUG] Invisible Boss on Multiplayer after death or when too far away #150

Bosses become invisible after death or if too far away on multiplayer.
So lets say me and my buddies are fighting eye of cathulu.
If one of us dies, the boss becomes invisible on their end, but remains visible to the rest.

The same thing happends if a boss was summoned and not all of the players were together.
So the boss would only be visible to the people that were next to the person that summoned it but if someone was super far away and teleported to the boss after summon, they wouldnt be able to see it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go far away from the person summoning the boss.
  2. Make the person summon the boss.
  3. Teleport back to the person summoning the boss.
  4. The boss is now invisible.

Alternative steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Summon the boss.
  2. Die
  3. Respawn
  4. Boss is now invisible.

Expected behavior
The boss should be visible to all players at all times during the battle.
