TMVM needs Docs, badly

We basically have no docs, just a quick run-down of exported functions in the README. No examples of use of the lua modules, and theres basically nothing on the ASM syntax (such as is it) other than to read the examples...

I've enabled thw Wiki, but so far I've only made the homepage (by copy-pasting from the Readme)

Added some initial pages to the wiki, along with initial draft of the Specifications.

expanded to basic descriptions of the API, basic info on FUASSM, and a (provisional) list of opcodes.
