Decide Action for Some CI steps

Hey @Valentin-v-Todorov,
I wanted to have some discussion regarding the black formatting and flake 8 linting steps in our CI workflow.
Currently, ther are set to ignore even when failed. So, I think we should do something about this. Either remove the steps entirely or re-enable them again. This would ensure proper code across the repo. What do you think? Discussion from everyone is welcome!
