Time Tracking

Track time spent on tasks and estimate effort.

• Add --estimate flag for time estimates (e.g., --estimate 2h)
• Add 'tix start ' and 'tix stop ' for time tracking
• Show time spent vs estimated in stats
• Add weekly/monthly time reports
