Syslog RFC5424 support #20
Description
Am I right in saying that this is sending logs in RFC3164 format rather than the newer RFC5424 format.
Both seem to be supported in the underlying https://github.com/arcao/Syslog library. Could this be exposed as a configurable option in esphome?
I'm trying to send logs to Grafana Alloy which only supports the newer format.
