[Feature Request] Additional Positioning Options

It would be great if we the general settings tab had a Positioning section, where we could choose to type in position and size settings, and toggle the visibilty of the lock and settings icons.

Also, position doesn't seem to currently be saved to profiles.

Additionally, it would be nice if this section also had the option to anchor the tracker to the right side of the map frame, so that it's display can be easily toggled.

I just thought I'd add on to this request: It would be nice to be able to toggle the list direction up/down.
