Still uploads even when paused.

I'm trying to be nice and not flood the system with an upload every 15 seconds when I'm doing my anniversary question quest, so I'll hit the pause button, and do a manual upload at the end of my task. But I noticed uploads are still happening with each logout.

App version: 0.6.3

• Open App
• Click "Pause" button.
• Status is "PAUSED", button is "Start", Log prints "Paused"
• Login to character
• /reload
• Log prints "Uploading ..." and "Upload successful"
