Extra spaces in tag filters

Version 2.0.0 puts extra spaces in the tag filters, eg:
- `Build-a- Map Contest`
- `Qo L`
- `U I`

This is because of `FormatTag` in `CustomRadioButtonGroup`. Maybe the `Format` logic should be moved to `RadioButtonTagOption` instead? That way it would only apply for tags created from `Enums`.
