Crash on duplicate mod

Crash when two manifests exist for the same mod.

Unsure how to go about solving it. Following solutions I could think of.

1. Ignore one of the installs.
2. Delete one of the installes.
3. Remove all and reinstall comptible version.

The Ingame-Modmanager created a second file for the 2.0.0 version of the modloader. Once I deleted that (it was empty anyways) the modloader appeared in the menu again.

Will try with only 2.0.0 soon.
