Add unit tests for node evaluation logic

Ensure math behavior is correct as the system grows.

Details:

• Test each core node type (add, subtract, multiply, etc.)
• Test graph evaluation with multiple nodes and edge cases.
• Prevent regressions when someone changes math internals.
