How to properly enable Icon border standard colors for player debuffs which created as icons layout?

Reproduce:

1. Install Raven
2. Setup - Standard bar groups
3. create Debuffs with icon style
4. check Bar groups - Debuffs - Apprearence
5. use default setting, or try different settings combination for icon border, e.g., Foreground: standard Colors, Icon border: same as foreground

Result:

• the icon border is always with no border color (which seems white)
  
• the icon border is still not colored even force set it to Custom: Red.
  

Expected:

• icon border colors of groups created as icons layout, shall work with standard colors, e.g., green for poison, purple for curse, etc.

Ok I got this, UNCHECK the 'Hide Custom Border' of skin options, in default settings.

I don't know why it was CHECKED by default and was preventing the icon border colors, though. If anyone knows about this, additional info will be appreciated.
