Enable/disable key bindings in viewer

Currently a number of different key commands are captured by the 3D or 2D viewer, such as x,y,z.

It would be useful to be able to enable/disable certain bindings as they can create havoc, see https://github.com/TomographicImaging/iDVC/issues/409
