(suggestion) Instructions to build/run in ReadMe

I'd like to access MeteoNook for a fan project on iOS. I've never used Rust or Vue and have no idea how to run the program. It would be helpful if the ReadMe could include the build/run instructions!

Same, I'd like to get this running as a mirror, or even just locally, but I keep getting Rust compilation errors.

I even know what this project needs and I built it and ran it on my box a couple years ago. it worked fine.
then I got new box. upgraded ubuntu and stuff. this project will not build on my new box..... bunch of errors.
this project need code update!!!!!!

I figured out and I had to do small fix and got it built.
I added instructions in readme in my fork.

I have a docker file going makes it a bit better to run

I managed to build it using old node (16.x) and rust (1.65.0) versions in Github actions i dint want to mess with dependecies. Built files here. You can use my fork, make changes to the code and it should build the files automaticaly.
