Hierarchy of physical types

The map/nearest/android screens have pillar/major/minor/intersected groups (aka status, which is a poor choice of naming convention)

There are far too many physical types to sensibly provide filter toggles. However the site should handle this better.

Suggestions include...

• Berntsen should be major as they are passive stations and accordingly have been on TPUK for a very long time
• Split Bolt into Roof and (a tiny minority) Ground, except in some cases we don't know which they are, until found
• Vanessa/Stonebuilt/Hotine
• Technically Concrete ring is a subset of Buried block, Phosphor bronze ring and Cover plate would be others....
• Surface block isn't an OS category I think, nor is Concrete ring, but we find them useful; some Blocks can be deeper than some BBs!
• Move "Canon" and "Curry Stool" into the "Minor Mark" category, even if they can be seen from a distance.
• Replace "User Added" with "Active", to provide more utility without adding more buttons.

Question: do we store the options in code or database?
