Trigpoint heights

We currently display 1m accuracy heights of unknown provenance.
The official data contains accurate values for many trigpoints.
There are multiple tide gauges to which OSGM / original OSGB data may be referenced against, but we have no shapefiles mapping location to tide gauge validity.

Would be nice to clean up the data, maybe add some decimal places, and say which tide gauge is appropriate.
