Distance arrows

After updating a trig's location based on a grid reference, logs with that same grid reference show a distance of a few m from the trig.
Need to 
* double-check the WGS84 coords are correct
* double-check the location is getting updated
* Check caching
* See whether we need to switch from helmert to ostm
