Tasks Names

When we request a task for front end we would like to display a name, if a name cannot be displayed we would like to display

"StackName_ServiveName_slot"

There are two things. Sometimes a slot is not shown can a default value be passed in. Second the service name is not passed through by the API can that also please be passed.

Also we would like to display what node the task is running on but only the node ID is passed in can we also please pass the name in

For the /docker/tasks endpoint:

• Resolve Node ID -> Node hostname
• Resolve Service ID -> Service Name

The missing slot field can be handled on the frontend
