Plans for GPU implementation?

Hey,

Any chance there will be a GPU implementation in the future? Do you know how EVoC in it's current state compares to cuml UMAP + HDBSCAN?

I haven't benchmarked against the cuML versions, but I suspect it is comparable in performance despite being CPU based. As to plans for a GPU implementation -- I'm not really much of a GPU programmer, so that may be a challenge. On the other hand numba does support GPU targets, so it may be possible to have alternative GPU targeted implementations of some of the core routines. Of course PRs are always welcome.
