Allow for marker types in PlotPanes #36
Description
It would be useful to have plot marker types in PlotPanes, allowing a user to encode large categories with colour, and small cardinality categories with marker type. This involves some significant reworking of the PlotPanes to handle this well, and the PlotControlWidget to allow it to update these accordingly.
