hover_text is problematic with an indexed series #40
Description
When we add hover_text to our BokehPlotPane if we get an error when referencing the the plot.dataframe if we pass in an indexed series where the indices don't align with our constructed index. The issue is that we are respecting the hover_text index which we really shouldn't.
I recommend we just cast the hover_text to a list to destroy it's index. I'll make the change when I'm on my other computer.
Thoughts?
