Remove ESA as a qualifying disability benefit

Per the spreadsheet, ESA seems to be the only truly means-tested disability program, as opposed to just having a work assessment. Conditioning a UBI on a means-tested benefit like this doesn't really make sense. @DeepakSingh98 @nikhilwoodruff what do you think of removing this? (Sorry to keep going back and forth on this, but seems important to nail down a solid justification.)
