Add flag to cathpy-scorecons-align for scorecons conservation scores dumps #5

Hello,
It would be nice to have a flag or option on cathpy-scorecons-align to obtain the raw scores from Scorecons. DOPS are nice, but at times an average of the conservation scores could be useful too.
