GUI recommendations. #20
Description
Is it possible to create a GUI for watching youtube videos a bit smaller than full screen and beside of it taking notes part.I prefer this because some video resolutions are not good and on my laptop i cant see writings very well,the second reason is the looking left and right while listening and reading something is difficult.If the taking notes part was at bottom of video we can more focused on video and can similtanuosly take notes.
