Create Component OpenCollaborationTool Server #322
Description
OpenCollaborationTools is a server application plus VSCode extension that allows user to connect to a remote VSCode (or Theai) workspace and collaborate live in real time. Sessions are transmitted via an OCT server. By default, the extension uses a free centralized server, but this is not ideal for performance and security reasons.
- Install the VSCode extension for OpenVSCode Server
- Install the server
- Configure the extension to use the server on the workspace
This may require waiting for OCT Server to support using arbitrary OIDC providers for authentication (or contributing this functionality).
