Database used for running kraken2 #84
Description
In your VGP_decontamination directory, the RELEASE_THE_KRAKEN3.sh script references a database called 'standard_plus_db'. It looks like this would be the standard kraken2 database with some additional data. I'm interested to know what data were used to create this database.
