Steam deck - opening virtual menu causes lag spikes

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Opening a radial menu while in-game, should not cause any lag spikes (FPS drops), whereas in my case it does. You can see it on the recorded video in my Reddit post. It shows CPU spikes and FPS drops every time I open a radial menu.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open any game where you could use radial menu and enable performance overlay
2. Open controller settings and create a radial menu with at least 1 button and use it on left trackpad
3. While in-game observe CPU (and FPS) overlay while opening the radial menu

I have the same issue in WoW classic (old client) if hardware cursor is enabled, it does not happen while using a software cursor. Only happens in some games.
