develop a way to track usage of BELS #54
Description
the main goal is to determine how userfull BELS is to the community (how often is it used, how many times do we find a match etc.)- through the various sources. Because we wont necessarily know everything that BELS could be plugged into we could miss some of the usage if we keep trying to only track on the client side (e.g. through GeoLocate or Symbiota). The most ideal situation would be to track from the service side the usage of BELS through both the web service and the API.
