Display date of GBIF and iDigBio snapshots #64
Description
It would be helpful to me to know when the last snapshot was taken so I'll know if recently-georeferenced records will/will not be included in the snapshot. If I know that some records that are potential duplicates are not in the snapshot, I can use other local methods to find duplicates of those records.
