#30 Issue 30: [Docs] Visualizing the Vesting Curves

Description:
The README needs mathematical graphs to explain the difference between the supported vesting schedules so DAOs understand what they are configuring.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Add Mermaid.js or embedded image charts comparing Linear, Step-based, and Cliff vesting formulas.

[ ] Include the specific formula used in the Rust code next to each chart.
