It would be great to get an input system to list projects from any repo or organization. We have the endpoints, just need to get the logix and UI into place in Neos.

LogiX for this is started, in that you can input a user/repo or an org and get a list of projects and their ID.

We need

• a user-facing text input box (perhaps integrated into the UIX kanban board)
• a select list of projects that are returned to choose from

I haven't seen too many good select list UIX things, but I know of one which looks nice in SmolCookie's public share called Nsomnia. Perhaps we could use something similar at the top of Arello
