Translating the wiki

[Shiroizu]

The wiki content is now relatively stable.

We could support translations/internationalization with Astro's routing features: https://docs.astro.build/en/recipes/i18n/

The translations efforts for the main website are done through CrowdIn, which we could extend for the wiki as well.
