Develop python GUI to interface with Arduino via Python softkeys #1

Hello. Your expertise have led me here.
I have to develop a GUI on python to select and display a diode tester and ohmmeter , respectively. The GUI can have a radio button to select either diode or resistor tester. Then start and stop button to initiate it. And finally a display block showing the voltage of the diode and the resistance of the resistor.
I have already coded the Arduino, and it is working great, I am having an issue developing the Python GUI and displaying the relevant things. And serial communication
Please assist me. I am in need of great help. Thank you in advance
